A Full-Time Youth Development Worker required! Must be able to commit to a 40 hour week.

Are you someone with a passion for supporting and empowering taitamariki?

Ability to work and thrive within a Kaupapa Māori transitional housing space.

Must have 2 years previous experience in youth work, social work or in mental health.

Must be able to pass a drug test.

Our Housing project He Paa Piringa provides a safe, secure and supportive environment where taitamariki are happy and thriving and can connect to self, culture, and their purpose.

Our vision is to provide taitamariki with shelter, skills, and confidence in self and te ao Māori so they can go into the world and succeed beyond their wildest imagination.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person that want to be part of a team that is instrumental in turning young lives around. As a He Paa Piringa team member, you work all day with taitamariki. You must have a passion for wanting to make a positive difference in their lives.
